The Showroom on Hubbard is an event venue situated in Chicago’s dynamic River West neighborhood. Located in an historic building built in the 1860s, it is one of the few buildings to survive the Chicago Fire. Its intimate and relaxed atmosphere has a distinctive Chicago flavor that you and your guests will find welcoming and invigorating. This impeccable space also functions as the showroom for Reclaimed Table, the premier provider of sustainable and eco-friendly furniture constructed of reclaimed wood. The stunning furniture within the space provides the appropriate backdrop for any event. It also allows our guests to customize the space, ensuring that this spectacular venue will meet their specific needs.

The Showroom on Hubbard has a complete set of amenities, including a full-sized bar, a built-in sound system with iPod/internet music interface, on street parking, and, of course, Reclaimed Table’s beautiful furniture. We offer a worry-free experience, providing everything you need for your gathering, whether it’s a buffet or a seated, served event for your wedding or party.

Floor Plans

The Showroom on Hubbard is a flexible space that offers multiple design layouts. We can accommodate up to 80 guests for a formal dinner, 125 guests for an informal cocktail party, and 70 or more for large presentations and business/planning meetings. Have a special need? The Showroom on Hubbard has developed a flexible pricing structure designed to provide the greatest value for hosting a memorable event in an impeccable venue. Our standard prices include all of our furniture, along with many other amenities and are as follows:

Weekdays Before 5 pm
$1,150 for Half Work Day (4 Hours)

$1,650 for Full Work Day (8 Hours)

Weekdays After 5 pm
$1,650 – (4 Hour Max)
Weekend Before 4pm
$1,950 – (4 Hour Max)
Weekend Evenings After 4 pm
$2,550 – (4 Hour Max)
Discounts are available for non-profit groups
